[vcf-midatlantic] Schematic work needed

Jon C. is correct that he tried telling me this isn't a simple task -- 
but that didn't entirely sink into my thick skull. :)

My goal is not to produce any boards -- it's for anyone to be able to 
download the schematic and make the boards themselves.

Thinking aloud:
- Both cards (Apple/IBM) are useless without the interface board.
- The interface board is agnostic -- it's the same for either card.
- Apple II card schematic already exists, so maybe I should prioritize 
getting one for the interface board ahead of one for the IBM card.
- In case I wasn't clear enough: the new web site is an Evan project, 
not a VCFed project. I hoped to have it ready in conjunction with the 
VCF booth @ Maker Faire, but I'll live without it.
