[vcf-midatlantic] OT: freelance web designer needed for project

My company has a web site to launch but I'd like to hire a freelancer to
finish and modify the template the customer chose for their revised web
site.  Looking for someone with the combo of WordPress implementation and
design chops to assist with the launch.  This is for a non-profit.

recent example links of production WP sites.  Include hourly bill rate.

Must be available to start immediately despite holiday season, looking for
a good 20+ hours min availability in December.   If this works out
additional opportunities may be also available.
