Well, sorta. :) The one with the D-shell connectors on the back is
the same, it just has that extra covers with the connectors and their
cables which go to the two 50-pin IDC connectors. You can just take
that off and get to the standard Pertec connectors very easily. So
really, either one would be good, just that one has the power cable and
the other has the rack rails...choose your battle. :-)
