[vcf-midatlantic] WTB: Cisco IGS

Yeah, 68020 or 68030, one Ethernet, one multistandard sync/async serial. It
seems that the DECbrouter 90T1 and 90T2 are somewhere in between an IGS and
a 2500 series router.
