[vcf-midatlantic] Needed for museum: locker with shelves

Ps. It doesn't have to be true "locker" as in K-12 style. Any locking
cabinet will do, even if it's sturdy plastic, as long as it's tall, no more
than a foot-ish wide, and has several shelves inside.
