[vcf-midatlantic] Known-good IBM joystick?

Typically you match the sound card to the joystick. So what is the
computer and sound card within? What is the bus type and OS? You will
need driver disk and load via autoexec.bat/config.sys. This will help you
find a compatible device...you need to communicate the complete environment.
