[vcf-midatlantic] Soldering tutorial/workshop recommendation

In addition if he can't make the workshop (it's great :-) ) you can
drop by IXR (also at InfoAge) on Monday at 7PM. We can teach you to
solder. I'll talk to Dan W. for the details but we use the about boards
and teach you the basics of soldering. Both kits are through hole.
