[vcf-midatlantic] Orientation of vented cover for airflow

Rich,
My TEI 12-slot Microframe chassis came with the cover installed the other
way around. As you noted, this is the correct way, otherwise you get no
airflow across the card cage. Mine came with cardboard taped over the
unused port cutouts in the back, too.
