[vcf-midatlantic] PAL Commodore 1702 monitor

Jeff,
I know it will not be the "correct" monitor but you would be better off
getting one of the Sony PMV series of monitors with S-Video in and making a
Commodore Separate video to Mini Din 4 connector. The original monitor was
made by JVC and looks identical except for the logo, but it was always a
single standard monitor.
Something like the PVM-14N5U would work it has 2 AV inputs each with
Composite and S-Video as well as audio.
