[vcf-midatlantic] NeXT printer emulator/bridge

It might also be possible to make a 'next printer emulator' which 
pretends to be a Canon SX engine and rasterizes the output into an image 
file on an SD card... or just acts as a 'bouncer' and automatically 
forwards the rasterized page image as a bitmap to another printer via 
lpr over the network.
