[vcf-midatlantic] Anyone going to HOPE?

Definitely something to note: if you're not used to the standards of "cheap
hotel room in NYC," the Hotel Penn might be a bit of a shock to you. I've
never seen evidence of bugs or rodents in rooms I've been in, and no one I
personally know has either, which is about all you can say for the
older/cheaper rooms at the Hotel Penn. Last time Ethan and I split a room,
the AC was leaking condensate all over the carpet and made it smell a bit
like death in there. Fortunately I had my security bits in my toolbox and
was able to open the window :P
Beware that they will also try and stick a daily housekeeping charge on
your bill, after you check out.
Thanks,
Jonathan
