[vcf-midatlantic] forwarding a posting: TDL Apple monitor now online

A 2K ePROM card at F000 F7FF and a 2K RAM card from F000-FFFF  I am going
to see if I can make this work.  It's actually 7 1702's with some space at
the end for hacking.
