[vcf-midatlantic] Degnan Resigns

Thank you Bill for your service to the current and former vintage computer
organization. Among many ideas you gave us was the repair workshop. A great
idea that many still enjoy today. I wish you the best in your future
endeavors and hope that you still stay involved in our group as time allows
in your busy life.
