:-(

I was in San Mateo a couple of months ago for business and didn't have
any excursion time in my schedule, but it would have been nice to have
been able to have hit them when I was out there. I don't have any
upcoming travel to that part of the world, so I'll probably miss out.
The S-100 stuff is of some interest to me (I have a XOR and a
Godbout/Compupro box).

It's been 20 years since my last visit to Weird Stuff Warehouse. It
was a blast browsing at all those places and, well, that era is
basically behind us.

They were the classic electronics surplus stores with bins full of
dusty components and strange secrets sitting on top of each other.
The last time I was in Silicon Valley, I stopped there and grabbed
some S-100 prototyping boards (they had dozens of them), and looked
through their collection of other S-100 boards. They had a fair
amount of other vintage computing stuff too.
