[vcf-midatlantic] Slightly OT: Eudora 7.1 source code was released!

I suspect I'm not the only person in the group who has big Eudora love. (Am I the only person in the group who still uses it?)
Anyway, it's been a great fantasy among us masses of Eudora hold-outs that the source would finally be released and then that somebody would manage to update this never-yet-surpassed email tool that was abandoned 12 years ago. We've seen many replacement projects begun and failed, including one by the original Eudora authors.
I somehow missed the May 2018 announcement that the Computer History Museum acquired the source code and full rights to the final version of Eudora. The catch is that many of the third-party libraries are excluded, so they'd need to be reimplemented. And another catch is that it used custom-modified MFC extensions, but they did get the source code for that.
