I bought the Canadian site's copy for 34 CAD including shipping.  
Despite the specific page for Whiz Kids saying "Excellent video and 
audio quality" it's not.  It's almost unwatchable.  I realize it came 
from a 20-30 year old VHS rip probably recorded off-air.  However A/V 
lipsync is off, there are constant tracking errors through-out that get 
encoded as massive storms of macro-blocks, and the static in the audio 
is almost as loud as the vocals.  It has a different menu screen that 
the png above.

Avoid retrotvmemories at all costs.
