[vcf-midatlantic] Anybody recognize these boards?

I was browsing through estate sales and came across this one:

If you scroll to image 118 you will see some dusty/cobwebbed circuit boards,
stored in a wooden "frame".  Looks like discrete transistor logic.  Also, a
resistor sales/storage drawer set for OHMITE "Little Devils" a few pictures
before.
