[vcf-midatlantic] OT: Vintage Tektronix 465 Oscilloscope needs some TLC

I have worked on these and other Tektronix equipment in the past. I can take a look at it during a workshop or something. Hard to diagnose online.

My hope was that it was a fuse or the power supply, something I could deal with, but it is apparently more than that.
