[vcf-midatlantic] UPDATE to VCF repair WORKSHOP 2019

Uggh. I seem to be plagued with schedule conflicts. Oh wait. I forgot that
I will be at VCF PNW. I’m gonna move it to Mar. 30 & 31. I had good dates
picked out at the beginning, but trying to balance availability with the
Sandy area and Infoage got me all confused.
Any problems with any of the other dates?
