Hot Millions is fun.  I think it's the first somewhat realistic depiction of computer crime in film and it's a comedy.
Billion Dollar Brain is also good.  I've always liked the Harry Palmer series.

On a serious note...
 Does “Pirates of Silicon Valley” count as a computer movie?  Anthony Michael Hall plays an awesome Bill Gates.
