[vcf-midatlantic] The Grey Wall

Dave,

 Not sure how old these are, are the Grey the newer or older, but in any case VMS manuals seem surprisingly spread out.
 Last time I looked there were not many on Bitsavers but vaxhaven.com has both individual manuals and CD manual sets.
 The Compaq manual viewer seems to work well on these.
