[vcf-midatlantic] Workshop Info Important VCF Repair & Signup April 13 & 14, 2019

I cannot make this one. I have emailed everyone from the official UNIX Town Google Sheet and we've been updating it.

If you are not on the google sheet then we don't know anything about you.

People are working off list and most cannot make the workshops. Discord is a good place to discuss live and not wait for email threads.
