[vcf-midatlantic] VCF East 2019 keynote suggestions?

I think asking Sandy Fisher is a great idea.  Anyone who is into Commodore
or hardware design would probably like to hear her speak.  Evan, you also
mentioned you would like to get some women as speakers at some point, so
this seems perfect to me.
