[vcf-midatlantic] UNIX TOWN --- Repair Workshop Signup for March 30 & 31, 2019

As much as I wanted to attend this workshop especially for the UNIX TOWN
exhibit planning my ability to get up there this weekend is very unlikely.
There is a small chance I might come up later today for an hour or two but
again, this is unlikely.

To those who do meet up today to discuss the exhibit and plan it out, give
me the details over discord! I don't want to be left out.
