[vcf-midatlantic] Repair workshop Nov. 9 & 10

I won’t be able to make the workshop, but if you wanted to detour by Philly on your way in I have quite a few 68k machines you’d be welcome to borrow. I think at the easiest there’s an LCIII that’s not in use.
