[vcf-midatlantic] Reminder Repair Workshop building 9059 CDL (formerly IXR)

I'm just reminding everyone that the building for the workshop is different
than the usual one. It will be here this month:

InfoAge Building 9059 (CDL Hackerspace (formerly IXR)- (2201 Marconi Road,
Wall Township, NJ)

The reason for the change is that the 9032-A is being used by the model
train guys to setup for their holiday train show.
