I spent some time working on a Tektronix 4696 printer. It's an early color
inkjet, a casual search suggests it was introduced in 1987. Mine was bought
in 1988, and never used.
After figuring out what the magic "maintenance fluid" is (water), and many
hours of cleaning cycles & manual cleanings (Thanks Connor!) it started
producing great output!
