I never said that you can't setup tables, I just said that I don't want it
to get out of control. I want to control where it goes so that it doesn't
get crowded in the event space (which is meant for eating, drinking and
socializing) and doesn't take tables that are meant for eating or food.
Last year there were 4 tables where someone put stuff and never asked
anyone and we had not enough room to sit and eat. I'm more than happy to
supply 1 or 2 tables for people. If there is enough demand, then we can use
the adjacent room which has plenty of space. Again, I just don't want
people bringing stuff without asking and putting wherever they please. If
you ask, then I can find a space and accommodate anyone.
