>> I'm thinking about coming to my first Festivus.
Do it! Lots of fun.
>>Would driving in on Saturday morning and leving mid-day Sunday provideme
a good Festivus experience?
Yes.
Officially it starts 10am Saturday, but sometimes people come and hang out
Friday night. Not sure if I can do that this year. If people want to then
Jeff or I will try to enable it.
>> Is it a workshop type of thing? Or more social?
It is a holiday party.
It is not a workshop or a swapfest.
But, us being nerds, inevitably these things happen.
We try to keep it under control because, again, it is a party. :)
A little work here and there is one thing. It would not be appropriate to
tear into a machine and set up a workbench there.
>> I saw the food sign up sheet, and saw there is the local accomodations
overnight. How late to people usually stay up?
Very.
