Interestingly, I was looking in my connectors stash for something else 
(DB25 shield), and it was lying on top:

The default pic is not correct, but look at the datasheet,and mine are 
even the same color gray as the original.

I ended up just pulling the original pins out of the old conn and 
putting them in the new one, but you can also solder/splice the ones 
that come with the units.
