[vcf-midatlantic] Apple IIgs “safe mode”

I’m trying to prep my old //gs for possibly getting rid of it. It’s been sitting for a while but it passes internal diagnostics. It seems to be barfing on loading GSOS from the external SCSI so I was wondering if there’s a way to force it to boot from the floppy disk so I can reformat the drive.
