Nice subject matter- and cool find with a NIB sun this late.

My suggestion?

If you don’t have Resolve, get it – it’s 100% free and one of the best:
https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/davinciresolve/

There are hundreds of great how-to-edit-with-resolve vids on YouTube.

You can fix almost all your issues ‘in post’ with something like resolve and a little more time.

Leveling out the sound would be the best improvement.

Depending on your definition of “vintage”, you could say this is off-topic,
but I made an unboxing and basic overview video on the Sun Ultra 5

of my equipment (due to the fire) this was shot sans-tripod, sans-DSLR, and
