[vcf-midatlantic] Online ticket sales for VCFe 2020 have begun!

My confusion. I was equating table fee with event fee. I do remember paying
something every year (beyond the expected bunk fee for staying on-site). I
may have assumed the table fee was a re-categorization of the event fee.
