[vcf-midatlantic] Vic-20 Switch

This is a common failure. Not sure if it is fixable, perhaps with lubrication, I never tried. Replacement is an option.

The museum's vic-20 power on switch is difficult to turn on and off. Is
this a common issue with the vic-20? Is there a way to make it easier to
turn on and off like the C64 power switch?
