TWX / Telex II had it's own semi-geographic area codes: 510, 710, 810,
and 910, with 610 being Canada.
The North American TWX area codes (510, 710, 810, 910) were
decommissioned in 1981, with 510, 610, 810 and 910 being recovered for
re-use in the NANP.
710 was claimed by the Federal Government for GETS service (a whole area
code reserved for a single phone number)
