[vcf-midatlantic] Help with Tandy 1000 TX

Thread how to make a dos 1.0 disk and at the bottom dos 3.3 is included
too.  Use dis 3.3 if you can format a disk somehow.  If you are local to
kennett square, PA, stop by the to make a disk there.
