[vcf-midatlantic] Recycling old computer monitor

County has the whole system set up for ewaste.  Check website for Ewaste
clean up weeks.    I live in Chester county, the closest one to me would be
near intersection of rte 10 and rte 41, but I bet there is one closer to
you, assuming you live in Chester county.
