[vcf-midatlantic] New Tools in the Makerspace!

Chris,

I will be using the CNC to make a tabletop bracket to hold the WA22P, we 
already have the air solenoid, knee switch, and timer relay.  Once 
that's out of the way, we can coordinate to set up a session at one of 
the VCF workshops for user training.
