If its under control by then with reasonable numbers infected and I don't 
know I am infected I will attend. If its still on the exponential increase 
I won't.

My magic 8 ball says Cannot predict now.

I'm glad I'm not the one having to make the call for the event. The event's
going to be hurt this year with any decision.
