[vcf-midatlantic] VCF East 2020 Update

I'm in complete agreement.

What I'm hearing in the news by epidemiologists implies this is going to 
get a lot worse before it gets better.
Based on some estimates I've seen *I think* it may peak sometime in May, 
June or even later.

I'm personally fine having VCFE in the fall sometime, or even possibly 
deferring it to next year (not the first time this has happened).
