[vcf-midatlantic] April 4 & 5 Repair workshop cancelled

Due to an abundance of caution. The April 4 & 5 repair workshop is
cancelled. The Covid-19 virus is spreading rapidly and even small groups
can be at risk. I will schedule a new repair workshop when things look safe
to meet.
