There are pictures in the listing already, why would someone need to

Please advise? Advise about what?
It's good to know that the specs that are included in the short-term
listing on the auction site eBay can be used for short-term listings on
auction and classified sites. Can they not be used for anything else? Is
that important to include?
This feels very scamlike.
