[vcf-midatlantic] Festivus is still on Dec. 12 & 13

We have some ideas on how to have a safer inside eating area with a
enhanced ventilation.

5 rooms in 3 buildings to spread out
Here are planned events:
Festivus Swap Meet (Women's Bunkroom)
Repair Workshop (2 locations)
Game Room (across from cafeteria)
Outdoor grilling (outside cafeteria)
Eating area (unfurnished space outside of cafeteria)

The date scheduled for Festivus is December 12 & 13.
