Jeff, my answer is so specific to this person, I'll send those details 
to you and you can send it to that person. The problem seems to be one 
common to IW II printers: the head stalls and jams to the left. I'm not 
aware of a fix.

In the end, my advice is: buy another, working IW II that is available 
local to Arizona so you can save shipping. Or of course, pick up. It 
costs more to ship these puppies than their sale price on that auction 
Web site. I also advise: save the old printer. They may need the print 
head or other parts, for repairs owners are likely able to do.
