[vcf-midatlantic] Cleaning Franklin cases

For just cleaning crinkled finish I start with standard spray cleaner
and a scrub brush. Hard stiff densely packed bristles don't work well since
they don't get down into the texture. I found some brushes with medium
bristles that aren't densely packed work well. I rinse well when done.

If that doesn't do enough I move up to soft scrub. Its a mild abrasive cleaner
that I have found normally isn't harsh enough to damage finish as long as it
isn't really thin or glossy. I've cleaned up scuff marks and tough dirt with
it. Normally try with a toothbrush or sponge in a small area first.

I'm not trying to get items looking like factory new just looking nice.
