[vcf-midatlantic] C64 Versa64Cart

I think D64 files are disk images and not cartridge dumps. I think those
would be CRT files. Unless there is a way to put disk images on ROM that I
don't know about.

I want to do this but haven't yet. I do own a few multicarts for the C64
that are awesome and convenient.
