[vcf-midatlantic] VCF artifact repair workshop 10/24 & 10/25

Jeff,

I will be on site working 10/24/2020, on the wiring in 9059.    I don't 
expect to occupy any workbench space other that the bench closest to the 
network rack.

Depending on resources available,  We may opt to cut over to the new 
firewall at some point during the day.
