[vcf-midatlantic] VCF Swap Meet update

The steering committee and I have been busy planning for the upcoming swap
meet (http://vcfed.org/wp/vcf-swap-meet) which takes place on Nov. 7.

So far we have 9 vendors with a total of 12 spaces (including VCF) with
more coming in everyday.

Places we have advertised:
InfoAge member groups including CDL (hackerspace), NJARC (radio museum)
