[vcf-midatlantic] Swap Meet Update

We have about 30 people signed up with about 40 spaces reserved. One guy is
an electronics scraper and is taking 5 spaces and a 20 foot truck! He will
be bringing all sorts of parts for machines mostly.

I expect there to be more signups "at the gate", but at least many of you
are already signed up ahead of time.

So lots of excitement is going on in many corners of our realm about this
event.

10 Day weather outlook shows partly cloudy and 64 degrees. Let's hope it
stays that way. I will keep checking it as we get closer and the prediction
gets more certain.
