[vcf-midatlantic] 2020 VCF t-shirts available at the swap meet

Just received the special order for the most common sizes for t-shirts we
sell:  Men's Large and Men's XL t-shirts. So now we should have all sizes
available. There will be no more orders for this t-shirt, so get them while
they are available!
